However, if the product is faulty or significantly different to that described or if you simply change your mind and are not 100% happy with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges Generally.
Smartwatch return & exchange policy. 14 days return/exchange. The product must be unworn, in original packaging with proof of purchase. Manufacturing default to be exchanged.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a trackable courier company and be insured for loss and damage. Products should also be returned to us by a method that requires a signature from us to acknowledge our receipt of the returned Products. Watch Republic does not accept any responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess whether the product is faulty, worn or significantly different to that shown or described to you. If the product is faulty or significantly different to that shown or described to you, we will refund the original purchase price of the returned item within 30 days. Refunds will be credited only to the card used to make the original payment.
Package the product to be returned must be in a well-sealed box (preferably the one it was delivered in) together with:
- Copy of the invoice
- Copy of the dated and stamped warranty booklet
- Reason for the return and send to
