SHIPPING POLICY

While we cannot guarantee delivery times, you should expect delivery in 2 - 5 working days after confirmation of order.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays during regular working hours.

Deliveries outside of South Africa are subject to International Courier Fees and Local Import Duties.

Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.

What should I bring to collect my parcel?

Valid identification and your unique Pargo PIN, which you would have received by email and/or SMS. If someone other than you is collecting, they’ll need their ID as well as a physical or digital copy of your ID and Pargo PIN you’ll receive via SMS and email.

What is my Pargo PIN?

A unique, randomly-generated PIN you would have received via email and/or SMS on confirmation of order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take place in 3-5 working days from the date at which Pargo received the parcel from the sender. Add 2 more days for outlying areas. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days, please get in touch with Pargo’s customer support team so that they can resolve the issue.

How long will parcels be stored at the Pargo Pickup Point?

Parcels are returned to the sender after 8 days of non-collection.

What time are parcels usually delivered?

Parcel deliveries usually take place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Pargo Pickup Points run on independent store hours but are mostly open outside of business hours and over weekends for your convenience.

Where can I track my parcels?

You can track your parcel by visiting Pargo's homepage at www.pargo.co.za, navigating to the top right menu bar and clicking on ‘Track’. There you must type in the tracking number provided via email and/or SMS. If no detail is available or you're still having difficulties, please get in touch with Pargo’s customer support team to assist.

How will I know that my parcel is ready for collection?

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification as soon as your parcel is delivered to your chosen Pargo Pickup Point and is ready for collection.

Can I change my Pargo Pickup Point before my parcel is dropped off?

No, once the parcel is on its way to the pickup point, the destination cannot be changed. Kindly contact Pargo’s customer support team for more assistance.

Delivery processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Up to 3 working days from the date that Pargo receives the parcel from the supplier.
  • Up to 5 working days for more remote regional areas.

Delivery confirmation & tracking

Pargo delivers excellent notifications throughout your parcel journey by SMS and email. You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected by their couriers, and continuously throughout the journey to its destination.
