COVID-19 MESSAGE FROM FOSSIL GROUP SA

 
During this uncertain time, our most important concern is the health and safety of our customers and our team members.
 
As you shop with us online, know that safety measures are in place to reduce the risk of transmission. We are following guidelines from Fossil Inc., the WHO as well as the South African Government at this time.
 
Our warehouse has been thoroughly sanitised before opening and staff have been supplied with hand and surface sanitiser as well as PPE, which will be worn at all times. We have also introduced temperature testing of our staff and delivery partners.
 
All drivers will sanitise their hands before and after making deliveries and have been trained on the importance of social distancing. Our deliveries are contactless which means you no longer need to sign any paperwork but rather provide identification (ID Book, Drivers license). Our courier will use your ID together with GPS coordinates as proof of delivery.
 
There is no evidence as indicated by the WHO that the virus is spreading through package deliveries. However a good habit to adopt is to disinfect the package once received, remove the items and discard the package it came in. Washing your hands afterwards.
 
Alcohol swabs can be used on our watches but NOT on the leather straps. For watches with removable leather straps, it should be removed from the case and the strap left in the sun.
 
The ONLY way to disinfect our leather products without damaging it would be through UV exposure, leaving it in the sun for 15 to 25 minutes on each side. Prop the bag open so the sun can get inside as well.

RETURN'S POLICY
We will not action any returns during COVID-19 period due to the safety of our staff, customers and 3rd party logistics company. Collections will only take place 10 days after this period.
